Associated with refined gastronomy, the Fauchon brand has made its foray into the hotel

Fauchon see.even bigger and wish to devolop further . On this occasion, the Fauchon Hospitality structure was formed in order to create a 5-star luxury hotel universe combining “its service of excellence, its French gastronomy and its unique local experiences”.
Mr. Chauvin, Chairman and CEO of Fauchon Hospitality said: “The brand’s strategy is to establish a portfolio of FAUCHON hotels with the objective of opening 20 hotels within the next ten years. With Fauchon’s experience in delicatessen and gourmet catering, the next step was to open our own hotels.”
“For us, it was important to define a real concept that sets us apart from the others: we are not just another hotel brand. The brand claims its “unique gastronomic approach at every stage of the customer experience” with, for example, a “Gourmet Bar” instead of a “minibar” offering a selection of Fauchon products adapted to customer needs.
Fauchon is in advanced discussions for a hotel in Doha, Qatar, a hotel in Kyoto, Japan, as well as with a major European player. The brand is also in contact with a large American operator for development in the USA.
The brand will develop its properties where the FAUCHON brand is already well established: Europe, Japan, Middle East, East Asia and also in countries or cities where FAUCHON Hospitality’s priority target is located: the United States (Los Angeles, Miami, New York), the United Kingdom, Brazil and China.
FAUCHON Hotels would like to focus on building partnerships with well-known local management companies as well as on F&B for these upcoming projects.
